做(zuò )法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅(guō ),用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的(de )鲫鱼和(hé )其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下(xià )盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
