做法:洗净(jìng )宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼(yú ),洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一个半小时(shí ),下(xià )盐调(diào )味即(jí )可品尝。 -
