做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
