做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
