做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
