做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
