做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
