做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
