做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
