做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
