做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
