做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
