做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
