做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
