做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六(liù )成热(rè )下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲(bāo )一个半小时(shí ),下(xià )盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
