做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个(gè )半小时,下(xià )盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
