做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
