做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
