做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
