做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
