做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
