做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
