做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅(guō ),用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦(wǎ )煲(bāo )里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
