做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
