做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
