做法:洗净(jìng )宰(zǎi )好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )把(bǎ )陈(chén )皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油(yóu )六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一(yī )个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
