做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
