做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
