做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
