做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
