做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把(bǎ )陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一小块(kuài )姜(jiāng ),热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清(qīng )水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
