做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮(huái )山(shān )和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块(kuài )在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
