做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
