做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
