做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
