做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
