做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
