做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把(bǎ )陈(chén )皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂(liè )一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他(tā )材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
