做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
