做(zuò )法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
