做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
