做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
