做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼(yú ),洗净淮山(shān )和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和其他(tā )材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )小火(huǒ )煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
