做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
