做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
