做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
