做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
