做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
