做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
