做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一(yī )遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐调(diào )味即可(kě )品尝。 -
